			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I&#8217;ve worked in virtual teams before (most notably for two years as a consultant for IBM) but we never had software like this!  <a href="https://lg3d-wonderland.dev.java.net/" target="_blank">Sun&#8217;s</a>  working on a &#8220;Second Life&#8221; style <a href="https://lg3d-wonderland.dev.java.net/" target="_blank">virtual workplace</a>.  As you can see in the pictures, workers can have avatars within the virtual office &#8212; I still haven&#8217;t figured out how that helps me.  What&#8217;s getting great reviews though is the platform&#8217;s ability to share files, stream video and audio, and enable collaboration at a level not available in commercial platforms. </p>
<p>It&#8217;s all experimental, so we can&#8217;t give up our <a href="http://www.kqzyfj.com/gs79cy63y5LORQNVMQLNMQPPPPU" target="_blank" onmouseover="window.status='http://www.webex.com';return true;" onmouseout="window.status=' ';return true;">Free trial</a><img src="http://www.awltovhc.com/g7116p59y31NQTSPXOSNPOSRRRRW" width="1" height="1" border="0"/> subscription quite yet.  But it certainly bears watching.</p>
